Weight Loss Diets that Work - Diet Smart is Better than Any Crazy Diet Pill will Ever Be (Rakesh Agrawal)

Two of the most powerful tool for fast and healthy weight loss manipulating carbohydrate intake and manipulating calorie intake. This is the nuts and bolts of any successful weight loss diet, and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to you.

Let's start with the consumption of carbohydrates. Diets such as the Atkins and South Beach have been very successful in helping people to lose a lot of weight in the past. The problem of these diets is that they are often too low in carbohydrates.

True, low carbohydrate diet makes most people miserable. He leaves us with a feeling of low energy, dehydrated, and crabby. This is not a good long-term solution, and that's what we're all really after here.

However, reducing the consumption of carbohydrates is a wonderful way to lose weight, and more importantly, the fat mass. So we have to be able to use some of the principles associated with these diets without going through overboard.

Intelligent calorie intake

Another way to make weight loss diet work ... and work fast is to reduce calories. But we do not want to cut them too much or too fast. This will completely stall our progress and actually causes us to keep the weight on our bodies.

A good rule of thumb calories is that 15 calories per pound of body weight meets the minimum requirements to run our bodies. However, in order to lose weight we need to reduce this amount.

We do not want to go nuts though, we want to reduce the calorie intake slowly and gradually. Think subtracting the only bread or fruit for a day or something along those lines a piece.

More importantly, we want to have a cheat day when we give up our calorie intake. What does it do? This allows us to lose weight faster! Basically what we are doing is fooling our bodies hormones.

Weight loss diets that work | Using our bodies hormones

Hormones

Both of these strategies use our bodies of powerful hormones to lose weight for us. This is a sensible diet is not the best. It works faster than any diet pills or crash diets will ever be, and it is natural and safe.

People are slowly losing hope all these "so-called" diet pill weight loss and people are turning to home remedies for weight loss. You see things that are natural still has a better chance than the things which are not. Diet pill can do so many overweight individuals when compared with the same person, walking exercises. With a lot of discipline, a whole lot of success can be recorded only in anaerobic and aerobic exercise than when one goes around looking for "lose weight fast" pills. And these pills promise a whole lot and that's why people get discouraged when nothing happens.

Statistically, over 25 percent of Americans are overweight, and it is about 97.1 million people in the total population. Of this number, 46.9 million are women, while 50.2 million are men. It is not surprising that weight loss pills are everywhere.

Amidst lies and disappointment, there are still home remedies for weight loss that may work for you, if you are disciplined enough to follow through. You need to know one thing, that losing weight is not automatic as much as the weight gain is not achieved in one day. Take it slow and keep it real and you will not have a view of the many weight loss pills out there hands of the victim.

My Crazy Life Saving Heart Attack! (John Saeger)

Hi, this article is about my amazing weight loss story and how I was able to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. My wife was pregnant with our 1st child about 2 years ago when I had a heart attack! Even though I knew I could be in better shape and my fitness level was poor, I never really worried about it. I was comfortable with who I was, and liked the way I lived my life, or at least I thought I did. Even though I do not remember suffering from a severe heart attack, I do remember getting up in the hospital bed, seeing my pregnant wife crying her eyes out, and thinking to myself 'I need to better my life' not just for myself but for my pregnant wife and the kid we were expecting soon. Soon after getting up in my hospital bed and receiving more than enough pills and advice from doctors who told me everything that I already knew, 'I needed to lose a substantial amount of weight'.

Once I got back to my house, my wife quickly started removing any and all junk food she could find in the kitchen, and put me on a diet plan. About a month later I noticed I had only dropped 3 pounds since beginning the diet my wife put me on, however this didn't satisfy me. At this point I decided to do some digging on the web to try and find a better diet to help me speed up my weight loss, that's when it hit me, every tip, website, and YouTube video was trying to tell me the exact same thing, I have to get off my butt and start exercising! Exercising is nothing I was looking forward to since I was never a big fan of playing sports when I was in school, I didn't excel at sports and once I got out of high school I didn't do any kind of exercise because of this. Even though I knew I hated exercising, I had to make some positive changes, so I started going to my local gym and spoke with a fitness trainer who worked with me for 30 minutes each day to help me lose some serious weight, it wasn't strong exercise as I had only a short time ago had a heart attack but it did the job. After work each day I went to the gym and performed the exercises suggested to me by my trainer for the next 30 days. It was amazing to me when I realized I had dropped more than 15 pounds, and I was still on the same diet but exercising along with it. By the time my son was born I had lost just under 40 pounds, the doctors finally quit providing me with the pills and my exercise routine got a little more intense because my heart was now able to handle the extra pressure.

By the time my son had his first birthday, my fitness level had done a complete 360. Today, I do at least 3, hour long exercise sessions with my trainer a week, and I strongly believe my heart attack is the reason I am such a fitness junky now. Now I can play with my son longer since I have more energy, and I know I will be able to live a long and healthy life to see him grow up into adulthood. I'm of the strict diet now, I just eat a balanced diet as my BMI is now down to 26. But if you can learn anything from my story it is to eat a well balanced diet and exercise properly if you want to lose a good amount of weight in a reasonable amount of time. Processing ...
