They should make green vegetables as their diet to remain fit and healthy. Women should feed on fish and meat as a part of healthy diet. Dairy can be a good source of protein and calcium intake into diet.

Exercise like swimming post pregnancy can bring in some relief to the stretched body. The only concern during exercise should be to understand the limit to which one body can be stretched.
