Labor pain is very natural and is different in case every individual women postpartum. Nobody can assess the level of pain ,but, can take short precautions to divert attention from pain. In the initial days of labor, partner can massage or firmly press lower back or apply ice pack for instant relief. Non traditional method of managing labor pain is by hypnosis and acupuncture. This will help to relax. Mothers should be encouraged to wear corset pregnancy for better relaxation.
Healthy choice of food needs to be central attention for mothers to get back their vested energy and avoid backdrops like bleeding, constipation. Also, the foods they will consume will automatically pass on to their child while breast feeding.
