Food is one of the major requirements for any person's survival. It is not right that one must eat each and every kind of food, rather he or she must be very choosy about the type of food they consume. After all food is the only source of energy for our body, while lack of food will give us many diseases, more of it can make our health even worse as it makes us obese. Today around 50 percent of the world suffers from malnutrition out of which about 35 percent are obsessed. It has been seen in many developed nations that every 2 out of 3 people suffer from obesity.

Obesity is the root cause of various diseases like diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, kidney problems, asthma, arthritis and even heart problems. Moreover it makes you feel lethargic, heavy and dampens our mood. But the way to protect or even rebuild your body to a better physic can be done through the way of a balanced diet.

A weight loss diet not only consists of what is to be eaten, but also when and how much is to be eaten. It stresses on the fact that we must consume many times in small package rather than few times in bulky package, consuming a small package always leads to faster metabolism burning more amount of fat and hence increasing the amount of energy provided to the body making you more active. Furthermore eating in bulky packets programs your body to have a slow mechanism and store more amount of fat, in turn making you inactive, less efficient and fatter.

For weight reduction, you also need to change your feeding habits and consume less amount of roasted, fried and spicy food. Junk food must be completely avoided. A weight loss diet generally consists of green vegetables, seasonal fruits, pulses and boiled food. You must try to avoid oily and spicy food along with red meat and decrease the amount of fat and carbohydrate in your diet substituting it with water and protein. You must make it a point to consume 6 to 8 litres of water per day on an average and say no to wine.

Now that you know the problem faced due to obesity, I can conclude that from now on, you would stress on weight reduction and would follow the few above given steps to get a perfect body.
